Duke's Gaming Reviews

Awesome ordering experience via the Discord community and regular updates on the order. When I turned up to collect my items, Duke was (as always) a pleasure to deal with/chat to - very welcoming and knowledgeable. And the healthy discount on RRP is welcome too!

The staff were very polite and helpful and I enjoyed playing card games.

dukes is a brill place to learn also make new friends

The granddaughter goes here and she said that it's a very good place to go for her gaming.

Amazing atmosphere and a really enjoyable time, owner was very accommodating and friendly and I’d definitely recommend people going to Dukes gaming :).

Not used before. Bought as a gift, easy transaction.

Always really helpful and takes no prepayment for ordered goods until they arrive

Great service

Very welcoming as I came into the building, processed my order very quickly. Staff are polite and helpful with suggestions, & have great knowledge of their product. Hopefully I will find the chance to look through the rest of the stock, and seek more guidance in the future. Thanks alot.

Great service

Dukes gaming is one of the best gaming communities I’ve been apart of. There is an amazing family feel, where anyone is welcome. the perfect place for all your hobby, tcg and miniature gaming needs from amazing selection of paints and tools for minis. Wide selection of games come in and play. Large selection of TCGs. Good selection of dice for TTRPGs. An after school club on a Friday It’s the best place in Pontypool. Must visit for all things table top gaming!

outstanding service and great shop, freindly and very knowledgable. thanks

Fantastic customer experience, really happy with the service received, will order again.

Warm friendly atmosphere, open and welcoming store, a fantastic and inclusive gaming community Dukes has it all!

Friendly and great service :)

Ordered a Star Wars Unlimited booster box from their site, unfortunately due to no fault of Dukes gaming it arrived damaged. I contacted them via email and was emailed back within minutes by a person called Luke, who was super respectful and understanding to my issue of the booster box being damaged. To be clear the damage was due to the clumsy courier not at all due to the store. After a few back and forth emails with Luke he offered to let me return the box for a full refund or to either partially refund me, which i think was very generous and fair. Despite the issue with the booster box, the experience shopping with them was 10/10 from the dispatch time to the amazing customer support, highly suggest to support this store and shop with them!!

First time I have been to the shop and was made welcome. Grand son over the moon with his Pokamon cards and minatures. Thank you.

Incredibly helpful. I sent an email asking about stock availability on a hard to find item. They responded within a day (they had what I was after, whoop!) and shipped the item (as tracked by Shop) within 30 mins of me placing my order. Superb service all round 👌

So glad to have discovered this safe place where my young son can indulge his current passion of Pokémon. Fantastic little club set up for the kids over half-term. Duke's experience and knowledge are an inspiration to the little minds and extremely useful for the parents. Be sure to visit again....👍
