I was charged for a consultation I did last night and nothing has happened. My needs are critical and I cannot get through on the phone and Chat won't work guess your care has taken a nose dive since I last used you. I had nothing but good to say about you last time I used you but now it's a joke and I paid money for absolutely nothing. Hey but I did get to leave a message.

Called 7:45 in the morning by 8:23 am got notification my meds were sent to pharmacy. I was at work so it was so convenient and fast. Will call again if needed

I have a sinus infection, was extremely tired and didn’t feel like sitting at urgent care for hours, so I tried this service. It did take 5 hours of waiting, however they did send an antibiotic to my pharmacy. It’s legit.

Response time compared to other sites was a lot quicker in my opinion, but the email from the doctor I received said Sorry we don’t prescribe any type of weight loss medication. And to contact my doctor. I felt the doctor either read the wrong paperwork, or had the wrong patient. I inquired about a mastitis infection which is a breast infection and asked for amoxicillin as I’ve had this infection before and this is what my doctor prescribed last time I had the infection. I knew I would be able to get the amoxicillin faster through a prescription site then waiting for an apt and then waiting for the script, which is why I choose this method. Expect the doctor sent an email saying sorry no weight loss medication… I mean I had even sent photos of my breast infection, clearly swollen, inflamed, red streaks so I don’t understand why I was sent anything about weight loss. And when I responded I got an auto msg and another email saying sorry they were able to help…. And so I went with another site, and then get a call from my pharmacy an hour later saying that doctoralexa sent over a script for a completely different antibiotic. I wouldn’t recommend this site. And I won’t be using them again. Waste of time and money.

Super easy platform. Literally only 12 minutes after creating an acct and filling out my contact info and a medical intake my prescription for antibiotics (for an abcessed tooth) was sent to my local Walgreens. Couldn’t ask for a more user friendly experience. First time using one of these services and I went with this one because of all the positive reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. They saved the day as far as the expense involved ($59.99) and the countless hours I saved if I otherwise would have had to go spend the day at an urgent care. This will get the infection under control until I can get in to see my dentist later this week, with today being a Saturday and most dentists being unavailable for an office visit. Highly recommend!

I had my appointment on Thursday night for a UTI. Was told the next day that prescription had been sent. It did not get to the pharmacy until SUNDAY! This was a big waste of my time and money!

Wonderful experience! Very fast and friendly. I got my prescription sent to my pharmacy within an hour after I signed up online.

The doctor failed to consult with me and issued a prescription that did not treat the reason for the visit and failed to respond to requests to discussion unless I paid another fee. The doctor also prescribed treatment for a condition I never indicated I had. Avoid this company. Very poor customer service.

Convenient and quick turn around. Always available when/if needed. No hassle with paperwork and very easy process.

Dr. Alexa is Wonderful! Most importantly Convenient. No it does not replace your daily Dr. Visits but when you are in a time crunch of your busy schedule... You can set up a prescription pick-up from your local Pharmacy store online with Dr. Alexa.

Doctor alexa really helpful to me

Well made my experience great was the customer service and communication was amazing Dr. Alexia is amazing as well. She listens to everything you say to her and she takes that in consideration. She’s very nice and sweet and knowledgeable. Overall great experience like always.

I had a really bad tooth ache and was traveling to a different state. I needed to get some antibiotics. Dr. Alexa came to my rescue. It was quick and easy. There was one problem my birth date was entered wrong in the system. I emailed the support email adress and they corrected it with in 20 mins.

It was very quick and efficient. I can't give enough praise. I was able to get my prescription quickly which was outstanding as well. I would definitely recommend Doctor Alexa.

They asked me what were my symptoms, I told them and they created a prescription and sent it to Walgreen's for me. Saved me hundreds of dollars and lots of time. I have used Alexa 2 times now and appreciate the speed and effectivness of their service. Awesome job guys!

It is truly a blessing and such a convenience for to be able to explain my health issues and symptoms and receive a diagnosis and treatment via online Dr. Alexa, especially since I can pinpoint and know my issues since I’ve had the same issues and symptoms before.

They were able to treat me and send a prescription to my local pharmacy in minutes.

I absolutely love that you can get antibiotics online! I had a tooth infection and I knew that a simple antibiotic would clear it up until I could get it taken care of and it did! They also gave me a rinse to use along with it and my insurance covered the prescriptions. The whole process from filling out the form to picking up the prescriptions took 2-1/2 hours! I will definitely use this service again!

Doctor Alexa was very good. It is sometimes hard to figure out if your request went through for an office visit. Hence, I repeated the process, and then got two charges for same visit, which was promptly credited back when I notified them of it. So all in all, this is a very good service. Concern: Please do not pass along by information to any third parties. I do not want my information to be stored. I value my privacy, and want my personal information deleted after a few months after a visit.
