Just getting started
I wanted to try this program because it was different from any I had tried before. I haven't really gotten into the main part of the program, the gutt bio, but so far it's good and have already lost some weight. The support from the staff is consistent, friendly and helpful. This is a daily commitment program that I feel will help me take control of my health. My only complaint is the app doesn't work very well and it's a big part of the program.
