Flat Mobile from DR, mixed feelings

Me and my girlfriend both have the Flat Mobile subscription from Digital Republic. The setup to get the eSim going was pretty straightforward and fast. I use the internet mostly to browse on my phone, watch videos or provide a hotspot for other devices to do the same there. The internet works quite well during the day. However, the bandwidth in the evening gets super bad so that I usually cannot watch youtube videos in 720p or stream videos on my Laptop without frequent stuttering. This is a major bummer because a big reason for me to have internet at home is to watch movies since at work I have wifi from my employer.

Support ist super

Ich war fast erschrocken als - nachdem ich Kundensupport angerufen habe - jemand sich sofort gemeldet hat, keine Warteschlange. Mir wurde geholfen, auch per E-Mail, geduldig, klar und schnell. Selten so was bei anderen Anbietern erlebt, deshalb schreibe ich diese Bewertung.

Toller Telecom Anbieter

Ich habe schon länger eine Daten SIM für den Router in der Ferienwohnung. Jetzt neu auch das Mobile bei Digital Republic. Keine unverständlichen Rabatte, Tarife, Mindestvertragsdauer oder Kündigungsfristen. Ein gutes Angebot zu einem super Preis, eine funktionierende Webseite mit toller Wissens-Datenbank. Der Kundendienst ist sehr speditiv und freundlich, lokal (Sprache) und kompetent. Und die Kontaktmöglichkeiten sind einfach und funktionieren.

Service client top: courtois, réponse immédiate et assistance efficace pour permettre conclusion rapide du contrat. Suivi par ce même Service Clients: efficace et immédiat plus tard après signature du contrat: donc fiable et à recommander.

Nachdem ich bei Lycamobile ein Problem…

Nachdem ich bei Lycamobile ein Problem hatte, welches nur mit leeren Versprechungen geendet hatte, habe ich im Internet DR gefunden. Sim Karte bestellt und geliefert bekommen. Heute im Kundenportal registriert und meinen Plan gekauft. Funktioniert tadellos. Speedtest gibt das aus was man gekauft hat. Ich bin zufrieden. Es stehen mehrere Optionen zur Verfügung und dementsprechend bestelle ich das was ich brauche oder bereit bin zu zahlen und genau das wird gem. Werbung und Vertrag auch geliefert. Ich finde das super.

Sehr freundlich aber das alleine genügt nicht

Sehr freundlich, aber leider auch unprofessionell im Kundenumgang. Der Kunde wird schnellstmöglich abgefertigt, ohne auf sein Anliegen einzugehen. Deshalb musste ich meine letzte Bewertung löschen das nur aufgrund der Freundlichkeit entstand.
