Excellent and Thoughtful Customer Service

Great content. Great staff.

Aside from the fantastic content, the staff of the Digital Marketing Institute were helpful and considerate in understanding any extreme conditions I was personally going through. As a marketing manager before taking the exam, the credibility of the courses gave me validation that my processes and execution were relevant and clarified best practices for me to implement. Worth the investment.

This Certification Is a Game Changer!

I’m late in my marketing career and have struggled for the last five years to be relevant. My traditional marketing skills were sound as well as some digital marketing. Still, I was not being offered jobs. But that changed after I added CDMP to my name. I applied for about five jobs the week after I passed the exam. I just accepted a fantastic position! This is a powerful tool to take your career further. I encourage anyone who is truly passionate about marketing to take this course! Especially those who have had long careers yet are currently struggling to keep up.

Helped Me Start a Career as a Digital Marketer

At the height of the pandemic in 2020, I witness several close colleagues lose their jobs, which spurred me to take action to develop skills that were valuable in and out of the office. I knew digital marketing was the right track, and I am so thankful I found the Digital Marketing Institute. I will never forget my first conversation with them over the phone. They were genuinely helpful (not "salesman-pushy" at all), and they helped me choose a payment plan that afforded me the opportunity to earn my certification. The course was actually fun (the Irish accents helped me focus because I felt like I was on vacation)! I was very impressed with the design, layout, how organized and simple to understand (yet detailed) the content was, and I particularly liked how the presenter's video was shown in the bottom corner during the presentation. The walkthroughs give you a great sense of the real-life work, and each session is spaced perfectly. As of this week, I accepted a new position as a Marketing and Digital Producer, which could not have been possible without my certification. I am forever grateful to the wonderful people who put this course together. They did an amazing job. You will definitely thank yourself if you go with DMI.
