Excellent customer service!
I was a little anxious calling this morning and spoke with Aline. She was fantastic! She quickly identified solutions, offered to personally watch the process, executed the solution, AND resolved the entire situation... all within a matter of minutes. I am so relieved that she was able to remedy a total error on my part that could have prevented me from sitting the exam this weekend. BIG kuddos to her... she saved my day!

Effortless Learning Experience.
The DMI modules are clear, concise and up to date with the latest trends and industry practices. The dashboard is effortless to navigate and the team are outstanding. From initial enquiry where Audrey went above and beyond with the onboarding process to my Tutor Michelle who was a rock throughout. As a full time CEO I was worried about the time commitment but the DMI modules fitted around my schedule. Michelle was completely personable, funny and made a point of touching base and reaching out during the process. The DMI videos are glossy, interactive and from the outset the tuition transitioned directly into to my day to day work. If you are looking for industry training, by industry experts, this is what you need.

The course was very comprehensive, covering each topic with in depth learning materials. Only issue for me was free time to consume content and prepare assignments but the course instructors (Michelle and Zena) were great; always ready to help out when they could and provide guidance at how best to approach the work. Great way to further your career in Digital Marketing.
