I was amazed how quickly the process took. 100% communication and efficient. I've tried a few places like these over the years when time's were tough but the process always takes hours. I was literally done within 25 minutes. Amazing.

Pretty terrible company, can’t wait to finish with the payments and be done with it. It’s not a personal matter you guys just have one of the most terrible customer service operations going on.

They are extremely rude, condescending, made physical threats on phone. Swear at you, threaten, call and email 10 times a day. Don't buy their false replies on these reviews. You make arrangements and because their team is incompetent in writing down the proper information, they turn around and accuse you of lying. Stay far away from them.

The customer service is horrible. I had a fraud situation happen with my bank and while they are dealing with it I cannot access the account and do anything. I let them know this and let them know that I will e transfer the funds in 24 hours but instead they were rude, impatient,threating. Not great customer service at all. Would not recommend
