J’adore !!! Ça fait maintenant 3 ans que je commande dégusta box et jamais déçue. Un service client au top qui répond rapidement et résous aussi les problème rapidement. Des produits variés vraiment je conseil ++++

On 23/05/2025 I accepted an offer through Gener8 to receive a one off purchase of a standard Degusta box plus a free box. This offer was not advertised as dependent upon future purchases nor subscription, nor did it state as such when I clicked through to Degusta. After signing up for an account (not a subscription) I placed my order and scoured the site for details of subscription, there was none, only invitation to subscribe. Upon receipt of the boxes, 30/05/2025, I informed Degusta of a damaged product, my thoughts as to the lack of value and further checked the account part of the site, finding no details of a subscription I cancelled the account. Today 13/06/2025 I see that another £14.99 was taken from my bank on 11/06/2025. After contacting their customer service they state that I signed up through a standard process which includes a subscription, I did not, they have completely ignored my request of a refund. They also state that cancellations are only accepted before the 22nd of the month, bearing in mind my purchase was on the 23rd. I am extremely upset, I am disabled and have to budget wisely with my money. I certainly cannot afford to write off this payment. I will now have to contact my bank to request assistance. I will also contact my disability and age support to request assistance on protecting vulnerable people from being duped like this in the future.

Ich habe seit einiger Zeit die Degusta Box. Ich bin bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Es ist jeden Monat eine Überraschung, außerdem hat man die Möglichkeit, mal etwas Neues auszuprobieren.
Dopo qualche anno sono tornata ad acquistare la box e dopo un momento negativo dovuto al fatto che la box è stata danneggiata nel trasporto, e ho dovuto aspettare per una nuova consegna, devo dire che sono rimasta contenta dei prodotti inseriti, alcuni una novità altri meno ma pur sempre graditi. Solo che adesso non posso compilare il questionario perché i prodotti non corrispondono a quelli realmente arrivati. Aspetto quella di giugno

Ich habe die Box mit Unterbrechung seit ich glaube 2015? Auf jeden Fall finde ich es nicht sooo geglückt mit den vermehrten Flaschen und Dosengetränken. Ich überlege wieder zu pausieren.

I really enjoy receiving new and different products but I would honestly say that in this economic climate and working on a budget, some items can be a bit expensive. Degusta boxes are great and I really look forward to mine every month.
