sono abbonato a Degustabox dal 2020 e questo dice già tanto... è diventata una piacevole ricorrenza mensile attesa da tutta la famiglia.. i prodotti sono sempre ben assortiti e di indiscussa qualità.. un eccezionale rapporto con il prezzo pagato... consigliatissimo!!!

Ho voluto provare Degustabox per caso, incuriosita... Durante tutto questo tempo non ho mai avuto problemi con la consegna o altro... Trovo interessante e simpatico il fatto di provare prodotti diversi dall'ordinario, che abitualmente non comprerei!

Poi 18 mesi fà mi sono trasferito in un altra provincia, ho provato più volte a contattare con tutti i canali mensionati in contatti del sito a oggi non ho ancora ricevuto risposte e la carta ricaricabile che usavo per gli acquisti on line non la ricarico più dall'ora. Per cui oltre a perdere un servizio piacevole ho dovuto anche rifarmi una carta nuove.
Cela fait plus d'un an que je reçois les dégustabox et c'est très souvent de très bonnes choses que je découvre ou redécouvre, j'en suis toujours ravie. J'ai sollicité le service client 2 fois en 1 an pour l'état des box déplorable suite aux livraisons désastreuses et le service client à toujours répondu rapidement. Bref je ne suis pas prête à résilier mon abonnement !

He pedido una caja y sin darme ni cuenta al poco tiempo me llegan al banco directamente cargos de 15’99€, me pongo en contacto y me dicen que estoy suscrito y que si quiero darme de baja me mandan un enlace, entras y te vuelves loco para poder darte de baja, el tlf de atencion al cliente es falso, da igual a la hora y dia que llames, salta un contestador automático
Si mandas correos tardan dias en contestarte de cada vez para que siga corriendo el tiempo y sigas pagando mensualidades sin poder parar la suscripcion porque para eso tienen todo planeado, para darte de alta ni te enteras y cuando quieres darte de baja todo problemas y enlaces trampa para que te desesperes y lo dejes pasar mes a mes
Cuando empieza el mes, ya estan preguntando cuando llegará, nos gusta el misterio, nos peleamos con según que producto, también hay que decir que algunos son repetitivos, como las salsas picantes que en nuestro caso no nos gustan, y las mermeladas tampoco, pero bueno se benefician otros familiares

Immer tolle Produkte im Paket.Ich freue mich jeden Monat auf die Box und der Inhalt ist immer top.Es sind bekannte Produkte aber auch Neue enthalten.Habe nun auch mal mir die Coldbox bestellt und würde auch von diesem Inhalt positiv überrascht.
Ich bin immer gespannt auf die neuen Produkte. Sie sind immer unterschiedlich und Themabezogen. Meine ganze Familie freut sich die Box zu öffnen und wir sind immer überrascht was es so auf dem Markt gibt. Auch das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Auch wenn mal was nicht so in Ordnung ist, wie z.B. eine Produkt fehlt oder ist beschädigt, wird mir immer sehr schnell geholfen und eine gute Lösung gefunden.
Ich kann die Degustabox nur empfehlen.

Toujours un plaisir de découvrir la sélection de produits du mois. De belles trouvailles de produits qu'on aurait pas forcément eu idée d'acheter qui changent du quotidien. Pour tous les goûts petits et grands sont conquis !
