J’avais simplement testé le service pour une somme dérisoire Je n’ai ensuite plus utilisé la plateforme ni consommé le moindre crédit. Pourtant, j’ai découvert deux prélèvements d’environ 29 € à un mois d’intervalle. Le plus décevant reste la gestion du problème : j’ai contacté le support pour expliquer la situation et demandé un remboursement à titre commercial, puisque le service n’avait jamais été utilisé. Malgré cela, aucun geste n’a été proposé. Au final, une expérience qui me laisse une très mauvaise impression. Une petite offre d’essai peut rapidement se transformer en abonnement mensuel coûteux si vous ne faites pas attention. Vérifiez bien les conditions et surtout pensez à contrôler vos prélèvements après l’essai.

Une grosse arnaque, fuyez ce genre de site. Vous testez le service pour 2 € et vous vous retrouvez ensuite prélevé de près de 30 € par mois, sans vraiment vous en rendre compte. Je m'en suis aperçu deux mois plus tard et je n'avais évidemment utilisé aucun crédit. J'ai demandé un remboursement à titre commercial, mais malgré le fait que le service n'ait jamais été utilisé, ils ont refusé de faire le moindre geste. Et pour se désabonner, c'est le parcours du combattant pour trouver où ça se passe. En réalité, l'option est cachée dans une rubrique appelée « Danger Zone ». LOL. Ça en dit long sur la philosophie de la boîte : rendre le désabonnement le moins évident possible et continuer à facturer. Une expérience très décevante. Soyez particulièrement vigilants avec ce type d'offre.
