My account was cancelled on September 17, 2026, yet DAVINCI AI made an unjustified charge on September 20, 2026. Communicating with them is completely absurd; they refuse to refund me and, on top of that, advise me to cancel my account—something I had already done well before they took the money. Just another dishonest site.
