I got Datagen Internet Services 3 years back while searching on Google for bulk messaging solutions, and I must say it has been a fantastic experience since then. The dashboard and SMS API connectivity have been incredibly user-friendly and efficient delivery. The service utilizes top-notch operators becoz it delivers messages promptly and consistently. I am using bulk SMS, OTP verification as well as WhatsApp Business, and the overall experience has been nothing short of amazing. I say thanks to Ritu and Rahul, for their exceptional support and services.

fake company fake public don't buy !!! fcuk off there is one madam named rutu and remaining Sharma is web developer and Rahul is looking for other activities owner of this company is Ashish Jha his as many as problem comes in there service if you will ask authority number to talk for service this marketing girl named rutu she will ask you to mail but you will not get reply on yours mail n didn't get any number i , providing you here owner number so others can talk wo is not getting reply for service name Ashish Jha : 09958540461 he will also hardly give you revert but you can talk him abut his worst service Note : all of above is scammers ek star Ki bhi aukat nahi hai lekin koi option nahi hai iis liye diya use consider na kare .....

I setup an account for a client with this company primarily to use for OTP verification. All was well for about 1 month then we were denied access to their server so were not able too send messages. This was despite having significant credits on the account and without warning so we immediately registered a service ticket request. Despite this being a Business Critical service this request remains unanswered and out attempts to contact them via WhatApp and email have all been fruitless. Initially they responded to WhatsApp messages and promised to resolve the issues which also include an inability to update our profile online (this always produces an error message) . I have requested support and different contact details but once again these requests are just ignored. WhatsApp messages are delivered but not responded to. I would suggest there are better suppliers out there who actually provide some level of support and don't just ignore stranded customers
