Love these folks!

It is a wonderful product. A refreshing and tasty drink. No sugar or sweeteners. Great service from the Help team. Previous delivery issues have been solved by personal intervention, specific to me. Awaiting the improved and more environmentally friendly packaging that was trialed during a free gift to be rolled out. Confident it will happen soon.

I love this company! I have a subscription so have been drinking their water for the past few years. I always get money off vouchers so it is good value and their customer service is excellent. They sent me the wrong flavour once and gave me the correct one swifty, at no extra cost. Got to keep the wrong flavour too! Love that their water has no added sweeteners too.

Best drink ever

The saga continues. Affect the nightmare last month I noticed last week the charge for the previous month was showing on my bank account, i went to send yet another email to this unbelievably poor organisation to find hours later they had set up a monthly subscription!!! I had not set this up and going back and forth on email it became clear something was not right again, i was informed that once again the delivery would need to fail before they can help, it is extremely frustrating having to email and not get the questions asked answered!! I was asked if i had changed the drinks i wanted in the email they send days before they dispatch you’re order!! Surprise!! I had no such email and it wasn’t until i chased this situation that i got an order email saying an order was dispatched. I can’t emphasise enough just how unprofessional, painfully slow irritating Dash water is. I will shout about this for years to come, they are the worst online company i have had the displeasure of getting involved in. Still waiting on my email from friday to be answered so this shows they don’t work weekends, please all avoid them to save your mental health.

Easy to navigate website, quick delivery, excellent drinks 😀

I love dash water. Spring water with a twist of fruit. It's not in your face, but a subtle flavour. When drinking lime, it is my favourite When drinking orange, it is my favourite When drinking grapefruit, it is my favourite When drinking blackcurrant, it is my favourite Do you see my problem? They are all excellent, including raspberry (my favourite) and of course peach which is my favourite of favourites...

This is a fabulous product, a great range of flavours to meet all palate requirements. Excellent customer service if you have questions, require help or if something goes wrong (not likely). I would highly recommend, so much better than diet fizzy alternatives that are full of artificial sweeteners. A healthy and tasty option.

Fabulous sugar free drinks that don't have artificial sweeteners. What's not to like? These lightly sparkling water drinks have just enough flavour to make them enjoyable without any calories or chemicals. Delivered monthly to my door, these give me the sweet treat I crave and are really sustainable as they use wonky fruits to flavour them.

Absolutely amazing products! Tastes SO good! Can't stop drinking it - we both love it. No more vile aspartame or synthetic flavours! Totally awesome products - particularly enjoy blackcurrant, mango and orange 🧡 Cucumber is just wrong though yeuch lol! Only criticism is you need to get your prices down to allow us to afford to drink it all the time please! At £1 a can it's just a bit too expensive for every day consumption - however if you sell more that will bring your costs down and hopefully allow the price to reset? Magnificent products ❤️

Water very nice and refreshing

The DASH support team has been magnificent in making sure my subscription arrives on time when there were a few glitches my end. My family love their drinks, especially the lime, lemon & orange DASH.

Like your products, however, why can't we buy packs of 4 for each flavour from yourself directly. The supermarkets sell your products in packs of 4, which is nicer when it comes to trying out your new flavours, just in case its not something we would purchase again?
