The saga continues

The saga continues. Affect the nightmare last month I noticed last week the charge for the previous month was showing on my bank account, i went to send yet another email to this unbelievably poor organisation to find hours later they had set up a monthly subscription!!! I had not set this up and going back and forth on email it became clear something was not right again, i was informed that once again the delivery would need to fail before they can help, it is extremely frustrating having to email and not get the questions asked answered!! I was asked if i had changed the drinks i wanted in the email they send days before they dispatch you’re order!! Surprise!! I had no such email and it wasn’t until i chased this situation that i got an order email saying an order was dispatched. I can’t emphasise enough just how unprofessional, painfully slow irritating Dash water is. I will shout about this for years to come, they are the worst online company i have had the displeasure of getting involved in. Still waiting on my email from friday to be answered so this shows they don’t work weekends, please all avoid them to save your mental health.
