Great product, great offers and quick delivery

I’ve been buying Dash water for a few years now as we enjoy it as a change from plain water. Have always found ordering and delivery very efficient but this time my code would not work. Customer services (Alex) responded very quickly with a new code and I ordered without issue. Very efficient. Thank you!

Dash continues to produce good quality drinks but is no longer the only player in this market. Sadly they have added mint to their unique cucumber flavour which was our favourite and we will no longer be ordering that flavour. But the other flavours continue to be ok.

Have had dash water on and off for about a year, it tastes really nice and much better than sugar free cans of fizzy stuff. Most 5 star reviews so far have been a review of a product. However I like to judge a company by its customer service, which on the sole time I needed it, it was lacking. I had a subscription which I thought I'd cancelled, and noticed a payment of £48 had gone out, so before the order was dispatched I contacted Cs, email was the only option. No reply for several hours, and then a dispatch email, so again asked to cancel and ignored. I had to get my wife to contact them on social media and then they finally got back to me a day later and said too late, and no returns allowed. Frustrating that they have no phone number as it could have been resolved immediately and saved me £48, but maybe that's why they don't offer it. So this is my last order with them. If you're used to excellent customer service, then you won't find it here. Edit - Within 24 hours of posting this review, their CS have got back to me with an apology for not canceling order and a refund of £48, so fair play to them they've sorted it, just a shame it took this review for them to sort it.

Love love love the water 😍but you could do better When you get a delivery of 48 cans the cans x 12 are all in this horrible plastic over the cardboard-ie 4 x plastic Could do so much better for the environment - come on, you know you can do better

Bring back Cucumber 🙏 It was the one that got us in to Dash and the added hint of Mint makes a nice mixer, but not a refreshing all day drinks. We miss that joy 🥲

One of the best things I have ever discovered! I absolutely love it and find it so refreshing - it’s my go to mixer if I am having a cocktail! There’s a slight panic if we are running low not just by me but the whole Family! Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

I’ve been subscribing to Dash drinks for quite a while. Mango is my fave. I keep a selection in the fridge all the time and they’re fabulous when you want something cold and refreshing which is also sugar and alcohol free. Good value as well for the quality of the product. Thanks Dash!

Lovely flavours, with decent member discounts. Love how I can change my delivery frequency easily online depending on how many I have left. Like the idea of decreasing the amount of waste too.

The monthly mixed order has been great! All the flavours are lovely and the orders come quickly. This has helped me kick my addiction to sugary drinks!
