I bought a jacket online. it's hideous and poorly made. I cant even get it out of my house let alone returned

I got ripped off by these criminals called Daizy Store. Their. Clothes are from black market. They stole $500 from me. They are fake and criminals. I have saved up their fake emails from Sabrina that how they tricked me by sending their clothes back to them if I want refund. Their clothes came in four different packages from mew Jersey. Every single piece was different size and very cheap looking and very ugly. it took almost two months for their clothes to arrive. They told me to send them back within 24 hours or I wont get my refund. I send them all back to N.J address after going through hell with them. Sabrina demanded me and ofcourse played games by sending me instruction how to send their clothes with pictures, then send the pictures of mailing receipts. of the post office , and the pictures of clothes one by one packed nicely and by sending them the picture of clothes in the box. And the verification of the receipt by email as well. After going through hell with her this Sabrina said, "sorry no refund." "We are in Italy not New Jersey". Them she disappeared. I lost the clothes and my money $500.00 plus the shipping cost for rush delivery. I reported them to my bank, they told my bank investigator that they have pictures from me that I have gotten every piece and the post office told the investigators the package that I sent was delivered to New Jersey address. I have reported them to many sources. They don't deserve even 1 star. They are thieves.

After extensive research, I located the “home” of Daisy. They are an Australian Company in Sydney. Owners are Rene and Gibson Fox. They are ripping people off left and right. I don’t know if Australia has a Better Business Bureau, but I’m sure as hell going to find out. This is why I buy from a Amazon. Free returns and no hassles. I know they are a bad company but they saved my sanity during lockdown

This company should get a zero rating . Do not but anything from them . I have been trying to return 2 dresses for 4 months that are way too small but not according to their size guide . The returns process is painstaking. There are many steps including multiple email exchanges with photo uploads . It cost me $46 to post to Italy and it has just been sent back “ unclaimed “ so no refund for me . This company is a scam .

Horrible company who will take your money and run... no returns, no communication - nothing - Tried a paypal dispute and because they gave paypal a tracking number - paypal dismissed the dispute. -200 stars if I could!

A terrible company, do not purchase from them. I was unable to get a refund so opted for a store credit and posted my wind jacket at considerable expense back to Italy. Postage tracking showed the arrival and there has been no communication, it has been two months. What an expensive lesson to learn, so please do not waste your money purchasing from this store.

This is a typical scam company that over charges for knock off clothing, only sends parts of an order and refuses to refund the remaining balance. It has now been three months since my order and one month of trying to get a refund. They have terrible customer service and are highly unethical. Save you money!!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - I ONLY WISH I'D READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST!!!!!! OMG - what a ripoff - I ordered the Western Cut Out Ankle Boot - first of all, the confirmation email said delivery in 3-8 days, it actually took over a month. When the product arrived, I couldn't believe this was supposedly the product I ordered. IT IS NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISED PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE. The ankle cutout is different, the height of the entire boot is different - the product is absolute rubbish!!!! Do yourself a favour, and avoid this website and save yourself the grief. It's highly unlikely I'll ever get a refund, but I've learnt a lesson - I WILL NEVER ORDER CLOTHING OR SHOES ONLINE AGAIN!!!!!!

This site is awful. Items are falsely represented in size charts and shipping takes months. I corresponded with them via email numerous times and every attempt to call their “customer service” number failed BECAUSE THEIR NUMBER ISN’T IN SERVICE. I was instructed to return my items by sending them to Italy and I did, thinking I could recoup at least 3/4 of what I spent. Wrong. The package was REFUSED. Either they refused the items or I was given a false address. Total scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

This company did send me the items I ordered, but I found them to be of poor quality and the sizing was way off. It took 5 weeks for the items to arrive, although they were shipped from a location in California, which is unacceptably slow. The return process is ridiculous - and it appears to be intentionally made difficult. They finally responded to my FOURTH email and then told me it was too late - outside their return policy. The claimed not have received the first 3 emails (all of which were within the first 7 days of receipt) even though they were all sent to the same email address. All of this took another week. They made me send screenshots of prior emails and photos of the original packaging and items before FINALLY directing me to a page where I could begin the return process. Then they told me I have to pay to ship the items to ITALY, with tracking, to get a refund - even though the items are shipped from California. The return - at the Postal Service's least expensive rate - cost $60. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

The item did take longer than normal to receive but it did come; it is too big for me so I want to return it. They certainly don't make it easy to return their items. I have written 2 e-mails which I did not get a reply and I'm still in the process of finding out how to return this item. NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ALL.....

Didn't receive my items at all! Have contacted plenty of times and all I get answered : be patient.... This last 2 months and nothing, not even been shipped. Don't order! Fraud!

Wish I'd looked on here first. I bought a harem jumpsuit It looks like a cotton material on the picture but when I received in after almost a month it was a really cheap lycra like material and was poorly made. Ive been emailing the company and they are stalling on giving a refund. They are currently saying I need to send it back to the china warehouse even though it says on the website its an american company but still havent given me an address to send it back to. I've just opened a paypal dispute so awaiting the result of that. Avoid!

Ordered and paid for goods . After four weeks contacted them to find out what was happening with order. Silence. Repeated emails umanswered. Not a business to trust

One was tiny one was large, the material was a joke. They barely resembled the pic. A quality that made me cry. IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!!! I used their own guide and ordered clothing up one size. None of the clothes fit. This clothing is so cheap you cannot even use it as dust rags. I waited 2 months for my order after I had paid. The clothes finally arrived and were nothing like I had ordered. The picture for one dress was midi length linen dress and jacket - what did I get - mini-mini that doesn't even cover made from a thin poly blend - YUCK! They use photos of quality European clothing and make a very cheap and different version.I asked to return no response then I went on the social media and i found this helpful info 𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇𝟢𝓈𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃 seven6eight four zero one one I FINALLY SENT BACK THE WHOLE CHEAP LOOKING DRESS BACK did receive a bomber, except it is NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS SHOWN. My order arrived quickly and the products were high quality and true to size. Very happy with purchase.

I ordered the blue oversized linen shirt with the buttons at the back neck. It looked gorgeous in the photo. I liked the very long length. When it arrived it was such poor quality I threw it in the rubbish bin. It was very short and poor quality material. The 5 star reviews should have been a give away. No company gets to a full five star with over 700 reviews. There is always the odd person who doesn't give 5 out of 5 even if it a very good product The more genuine very good reviews average a 4-5
