Horrible Customer Service and Return Policy
This company did send me the items I ordered, but I found them to be of poor quality and the sizing was way off. It took 5 weeks for the items to arrive, although they were shipped from a location in California, which is unacceptably slow. The return process is ridiculous - and it appears to be intentionally made difficult. They finally responded to my FOURTH email and then told me it was too late - outside their return policy. The claimed not have received the first 3 emails (all of which were within the first 7 days of receipt) even though they were all sent to the same email address. All of this took another week. They made me send screenshots of prior emails and photos of the original packaging and items before FINALLY directing me to a page where I could begin the return process. Then they told me I have to pay to ship the items to ITALY, with tracking, to get a refund - even though the items are shipped from California. The return - at the Postal Service's least expensive rate - cost $60. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.
