Absolutely stellar service. First class communication with copies of everything. Friendly and very helpful driver, (Ozzy), love the rack arrangement in the van, with no worry about bikes touching. They transported 3 bikes from my place, and I will now offer their service on every bike i sell or buy outside my local area

Really impressed by this service.if all delivery services worked as seamlessly as this people would not spend so much time screaming at the moon. Booked slot, paid for slot, bike picked up carefully secured and covered, delivered in perfect condition half the length of the country following day. 6 stars out of five.

I really recommend these guys. Communication was brilliant while arrangements were made. They collected the bike when they said they would, kept me informed of its journey and eta and delivered it with a smile. Everything about my experience with them was positive. Great not having to box the bike, because they use a stand in the van. What came over was that they care about doing an excellent job.

Placed order on Sunday, they contacted the seller and arranged to collect the bike Tuesday and it was delivered to me Wednesday lunchtime. I was kept informed all the way with progress and tracking. Great service, great communications and great value for money. So pleased meant i could buy a bike that normally would of been to far away as it was collection only. Sold an Sworks Venge to a customer in Cornwall . The bike was picked from Birmingham on Sunday (No box required ) and delivered to Cornwall the next day . Great tracking service for both me and the buyer . The driver, Ozzy was such a nice guy ,polite and knowledgeable. I can't recommend this company enough .Thanks guys .

I bought a Mountain Bike for my son, as new condition but off ebay and the seller wouldn't ship or pack the bike, just wanted it collected asap. So I was looking at a day or two, maybe a hotel, a van hire, fuel and food. It would have cost me allot and been a hard drive to solve the problem I'd given myself. CCCo had it with me, the other side of the Country, within a week. On delivery day there was a good order tracking map sent to me via text to see it on its way and on their site they had a good 'order tracker page' to see it getting collected etc before that. On arrival it came stood in a bike stand in a mid-size van. The driver was friendly and did the hard drive that I didn't really want to do!! The USP here was collecting the whole bike as is and delivering it as is. However the tracking and good fast response to queries and politeness of the driver after his hard drive made the service a 5* one. I was anxious using a company I did not know to transport an expensive bike but I'm really happy to see that was unfounded.

What a fantastic business! The Cycle Courier Co kept me updated from the moment the bike was collected at the dealer, to the arrival and delivery to me. The live tracking similar to Uber was superb, I meant that I could plan my day around the agreed delivery time. Ozzy the driver was a great chap, very helpful, considerate and professional.
