I bought a Mountain Bike... a long way away
I bought a Mountain Bike for my son, as new condition but off ebay and the seller wouldn't ship or pack the bike, just wanted it collected asap. So I was looking at a day or two, maybe a hotel, a van hire, fuel and food. It would have cost me allot and been a hard drive to solve the problem I'd given myself. CCCo had it with me, the other side of the Country, within a week. On delivery day there was a good order tracking map sent to me via text to see it on its way and on their site they had a good 'order tracker page' to see it getting collected etc before that. On arrival it came stood in a bike stand in a mid-size van. The driver was friendly and did the hard drive that I didn't really want to do!! The USP here was collecting the whole bike as is and delivering it as is. However the tracking and good fast response to queries and politeness of the driver after his hard drive made the service a 5* one. I was anxious using a company I did not know to transport an expensive bike but I'm really happy to see that was unfounded.
