Autumn was extremely helpful and even after the transaction was completed, she called me to make sure everything was correct.
The office on Route 130 is nice enough. The ATM-like "live" teller is a work in progress. It's not very private. There is a wired phone but the volume is not the best. The scanner for your ID doesn't hold the card so you have to keep your finger on it and it's not obvious which way (i.e. face up or down) to place the card. I needed to get cash ($3,500) but there was a $3,000 limit that was not posted. I was told I'd have to call ahead of time or come again tomorrow. I have no issue with policies/procedures but they don't communicate very well. There were 2 ATM-like stations but only one had envelopes to hold the cash. All in all, I think 3 stars is more than fair.

Mcghill pierre provided great customer service and was able to get me approved, he made every step quick, simple and easy and communicated every update with urgency.
I've been a longtime customer with CUNJ and I've hardly ever had a problem with services.
As usual, Narda was helpful, friendly, and professional. Always a pleasure dealing with her.

everything went wrong. the representative that”sold” the credit union of nj lied about every single benefit. 6 and 4 % interest if you do 3 things- we’ll all 3 done but rules change every month - and the response was well you got interest- .15 cents- lol- no customer service, lied about car loan- never get the same answer from customer service when your reach them- removing my money and closing the account- but no one cares / stay away from this organization.

Listen...I had to take a moment to commend Anthony C.@ the Ewing location for his Awesome and exceptional customer service!! On 8/28/25, I spent over an hour speaking to 6 different CS reps who offered no resolution to a verification issue with my card thru an app, with one rep basically telling me to use another card (w/ another bank) or go inside the branch. I became frustrated and gave up. I called today and my God bless me with Anthony answering my call. He verified my account and as I started to tell him my issue, he stop me and said " I don't want you to have to explain the whole situation again, you are having issues with your debit card?" I said yes. Within two minutes without even placing me on hold, Anthony, read notes, saw the problem, fixed it, and stayed on the phone while I tried my card again, and BAM, PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 This is not the first time I have spoke with Anthony and he solved an issue for me. Every single time he has been Courteous, patient and understanding despite my frustration or tone. I've been with CUNJ 13 years, and just when I'm fed up, I end up speaking with Anthony and end up sticking around a Lil longer🤦🏿♀️THANK YOU ANTHONY C. FOR BEING A TRUE AND VALUABLE ASSET TO CUNJ AND A EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP IS SUPPOSE TO BE.
