The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. His approachable attitude and willingness to help made a big difference. I truly appreciate his support and mentorship.

Owen was efficient and extremely helpful. I am new to the platform so i have needed a step by step guide with a lot more support than I imagined. He was on hand for help and I feel more comfortable navigating the app and processes
Great experience so far. I've had excellent support from Patrycja answering all of my questions very quickly to help get me started on the app.
The process joining CX Platform was easy and the support you get is superb. I joined as Sole Trader and have now upgraded and the ongoing support I get is answered very swiftly.
Support team was spot on in special India . Once your getting used to the app you can make decent money . The app does all the job for you when is about invoices & payment . Done this job for a month and I am happy so far .
Courier Exchange is fantastic to get in touch with other couriers. The pricing of cx is very high, especially for new couriers in this trade, that enforces some off them to check the market and sign up els'where...Thats a shame, apart from that, cx is a very valuable tool to use, nobody should rely on cx alone, you should use it as a tool, and still generate your own customers.
This company does not care about drivers so many company’s go bust who give out jobs and start again using different names and do it all over again we as drives suffer so much I have companies not paying me going bust and nothing cx can do I think your better of spending money and using social media to get jobs and it will cost you a lot less the jobs you bid on you will hardly get unless your doing it dirt cheap if your a first time driver getting van and insurance everything please don’t stay away it will be hard to keep going as company’s that do pay do so after so long if you do decide to do it please make sure u have extra £5k for atleast next 2 months otherwise you will loose everything after spending so much once you paid good luck getting them on the phone to discuss issues this company never supports drivers please stay away from them in todays world you can spent a lot less and get so much work from social media no middle men involved because these company’s who give you jobs are not good once they go bankrupt cx won’t do anything for you so you lost out on so much
Basically it’s all good until the contractor giving you the job decides not to pay. CX will not take any responsibility and you could be left without any payment. Sad after paying over £4000 to join a platform with people scamming each other and CX making money from both sides without much of a concern.

CX helps me to develop my business. CX has a good supporting team. The tool is easy to manage.
