As I was little late for my course and couldn’t find the place,, I have been received from the car park by reception staff and welcomed and have been greeted and treated very well and the main thing is had very useful and enjoyable training course level 4 in laser and I’m also looking forward to do my one more useful course very soon Thank you so much Amarjit

So I was greeted warmly and professionally and offered a drink. It was a great atmosphere and I had a great laugh! Everything was explained to me very carefully and lots of before pictures which I didn’t have in my last salon. As I was a model I was well looked after and Sinead explained everything and took great care with her pupil, especially when the blood was being taken. I was over the moon with the treatment and can’t wait to come back!

I was greeted with a friendly welcome and I was given all relevant paperwork to fill in. The clinic was extremely clean. When in the treatment room I was asked some questions about my health and then the treatment I was having Botox was explained completely to me and also what to expect in the weeks after. I was treated by a professional who was there being trained by a qualified nurse. I would definitely recommend the clinic. My treatment 2 weeks after has worked wonderfully Iam very happy with the look I have. I recommend the clinic and I will be using it in the future.

The Princes Risborough Cosmetic centre is extremely good. I go there regularly for various treatments and am always received like Royalty. Today, the receptionists were Hayley and Shannon, two admirable young ladies, very professional, attentive, polite, and more importantly with an excellent sense of humour. As for the treatment, it is always tip top, they are excellent and I would highly recommend this centre.

This was my second visit, and again I was treated as good as the first time. Very friendly and welcoming receptionist, and Daniel was very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable while having my treatment.

Rip off merchants. Avoid this place at all costs, they're disorganised and a disgrace. My wife did a Botox course with them over a year ago, paid the balance in full and THEY cancelled the direct debit. Over a year later they left a voicemail saying she owed more money, despite the DD ending and was confirmed on the phone. She phoned back and they didn't answer. They then sent a threatening letter which can be viewed in their Google reviews. They threatened to report her to the NMC (nursing midwifery council) if she didn't pay. Would you want to train with an organisation that threatens to ruin your livelihood? It has nothing to do with their professional practice so the NMC is irrelevant and truly as low as you could go as an organisation. Debt would be a civil matter and this was paid in full at the time. ***21/2/23 update*** In response to your feedback the "we can confirm the final balance has now been received". There was no outstanding balance within the last 12 months, you did not receive anything recently. It was settled at the time. The issue is not about outstanding balances, it is about baseless threats to a national register for nurses and midwifes. That is about as low as it gets. You are owned by Doctors. Should we report the directors of your company to the GMC for unethical behaviour by threatening nurses and midwifes with their registration on baseless claims. Might be worth looking into.

My experience of being a student at this clinic was exceptional. They make you feel relax and talk you through the procedure with care and empathy. The reception staff are so welcoming, along with the students who ensures you are okay throughout the treatment.
