Keine Entschädigung, kein Service – enttäuschend! Unser Flug mit Corendon Airlines (25.05.2024 von Gazipaşa nach Stuttgart) hatte massive Probleme. Geplant war der Start früh mittags, tatsächlicher Start erst nachts. Trotz Nachfrage wurde jegliche Entschädigung abgelehnt – mit der Begründung, dass sie als türkische Airline bei Abflug aus der Türkei nicht zahlen müssen. Kundenfreundlichkeit? Fehlanzeige. Auf unsere Anliegen wurde nicht eingegangen. Für Reisende aus der EU ist das völlig unverständlich. Wir fühlen uns im Stich gelassen. Nie wieder Corendon! Wer Wert auf Service und Fairness legt, sollte sich gut überlegen, mit wem er fliegt.
