An excellent local service. I was rung shortly after placing my order with delivery options and the driver was very obliging in dropping the product exactly where it was required.

Ordered 13 trellis panels online but only 12 delivered. Extra panel arrived 2 days later. Given date for first delivery but no indication of time of day. Not even a date given for second delivery, even though you might think the company would want to make amends. Overall, not impressed with their delivery service. This might have been acceptable 50 years ago but we now expect better.

My wife had to chase up the delivery at 4pm, she was told that it had been delivered, it had not, and the lorry was back at the yard. She was then called back and told it was on the lorry.

If you want things quickly then they are fine - very friendly and efficient. If price is an issue then you may well want to look online for a better deal. Trades people get a much better deal than the general public

Asked for plaster,was told they were out of stock, Even though I could see half a pallet as I left. Not helpful

Placing an order was simple, the delivery was on time and the quality of the goods were excellent.

I purchased my supplies online for collection at the Haslemere branch and I had fantastic service. The website was super easy to use and within a few hours I was contacted they were ready to collect. This was also during peak-coronavirus so it was encouraged to shop online and collect in store. Upon arrival I felt really safe as they put lots of effort into being Covid-19 compliant. There was hand sanitiser at the door, a one-way system, signs everywhere encouraging social distancing, and they were only allowing a certain number of customers in at a time. And on top of that, the member of staff who served me disinfected the counter workspace and card reader before and after my transaction at the till. All-in-all a reassuring experience in a somewhat unnerving time we're living in. They're fab normally, but during this unprecedented time they went above and beyond.

Very happy, efficient, friendly, deliverd on time. Happy to use them again.

Brilliant service and very helpful staff. Unfortunately the product hadn't arrived in the store ( called by staff and informed on when it would be available for collection) when I went to collect it. Otherwise a brilliant service
