I placed my order on Coomers website for some downpipe and fittings, and selected the 'click and collect' service from my local branch, and within about 10 minutes of completing my on-line purchase, I received a phone call from them to say my order was ready to collect, and when would I like to collect. Can't do better than that! When I went to collect my items that afternoon the staff member who served me was polite and helpful, and helped carry the items to my car.

I used Coomers Click and Collect service which functioned very well. Not all the required goods were available at the local store but were quickly acquired from another store and there when I went to pick them up.
