Friendly service, but a bit of a wait in the yard

I ordered 2 x 1 Tonne sacks of Pea Shingle. The delivery arrived as agreed and the driver kindly placed the bags exactly where I requested - a skilled use of the on board crane which was interesting to see in action. Wanted to purchase timber for shelving.Visited Bell Rd. store and there was a computer malfunction so I was unable to be served. Day two I wasn’t able to be served once again because the cutting machinery wasn’t working,so decided to order online. Thinking that I was going to be able to pick it up at Bell rd. but no I was called by the Bordon branch to say that I would need to collect it from them. I’m thinking I have had better service!
