Find really hard to believe the good reviews. Awful from beginning, 4 months into purchase and still see no end to it.

Before the completion of the flat I've just purchased, Conveyancing Direct, specifically Hayley Tyler, have been amazing since my journey of buying a property started in June 2019 (2 previous properties fell through). Hayley kept me informed every step of the way, was always there to answer any queries I had, always took my calls, chased the sellers solicitors regularly, explained in full anything to me if I didn't quite understand (being a first time buyer) - nothing was ever too much trouble and I really can't express enough how much I appreciated all her hard work to get my flat through to exchange and completion. When purchasing a property, for me I have found communication is absolute key and the communication was 5* throughout my whole experience. I really can't thank Hayley enough for everything and I would of course recommend Conveyancing Direct to anyone purchasing a property, without a shadow of a doubt. They've been absolutely brilliant.

So nice to deal with people who put you at ease, reply promptly to emails and work efficiently. Joanna was amazing with my re mortgage, always happy to out my dizzy mind at rest. Leah Windeyer was dealing with the sale of my flat, and she was amazing throughout. We had numerous issues with the buyers solicitor that kept putting the exchange/completition date back but she kept fighting them all the way through and keep me up to date as to how things where going, not only by email but with phone calls as well. To resolve the final issue she thought outside the box and got the managing agents involved to to reinforce her point, and this got us over the line. Thank you so much for your hard work dealing with a tricky counterpart!!

Selling and buying is a stressful endeavour both emotionally and fiscally and we had to deal with the added difficulty experienced with the all encompassing COVID19. In this situation, Hayley, our Case Handler, remained upbeat and professional. It was her hard work, courtesy and straightforward approach that kept our spirits up. She kept a personal empathetic touch throughout and this made all the difference to what was potentially a very stressful process. We received prompt replies to emails and telephone queries (even during her days or times she was not supposed to be working). Absolutely horrible joke of a company! Appointed someone for a mortgage renewal and they sat on the case. Then they couldn't do most of the paperwork so I had to appoint the previous solicitor to handle some of that. It took them over 8 months to finish the remortgage. Absolutely useless and incompetent people here! Cost me well over 2,000 pounds!

When Andrew Henderson took on my ‘case’, everything was in a rather desperate situation, and from the outset, I felt that I could trust him. From Day 1 he began to unravel the problems, and things started to move forward. He constantly made himself available to answer my phone calls (or returned them quickly if he was busy elsewhere).

My recent house purchase was a particularly long and frustrating process and whilst I hold many complaints about most (if not all) of the relevant parties involved I cannot speak higher of Conveyancing Direct. My solicitor, Hayley (our having the same name is purely coincidental I assure you) was understanding, prompt, competent and reassuring at a time when all of those qualities were invaluable to me. She made the most incomprehensible scenario's make sense and looked after all of my best interests at all times. Above and beyond all of that she also went out of her way to calm me at the most pivotal points of the purchase. Throughout the whole process I constantly thanked Hayley for all of her help. I do not know what i would have done without her.

We have been dealing with Kieran Wilson from Conveyancing Direct all through COVID 19. We highly recommend them Kieran has been fantastic and very fast, we have been able to create a good relationship with the sellers and had dinner with them. Kieran was still able to give us updates faster than the sellers could and we have had the constant reaction of wow your solicitors are fast. Kieran has a fine eye for detail and has been fantastic with advice and support through this process, we will be using them again in the future for sure! Conyencing Direct were excellent, especially Ashleigh Ellis who worked very hard days before the completion date due to some personal circumstances changes. I would definitely recommend CD to anyone.

This is the 2nd time I've used this company, that speaks volumes and probably all you need to know, however if I read these comments I would have probably avoided, glad I didn't as our handler (CW) was excellent, pushed the sale through as quickly as he was able to, chased people without being prompted, replied to us when he said he would and kept us in the loop throughout. Glad to have someone with a human disposition and treated us with respect and gave us complete confidence. Of course maybe not every is as good as our case handler, but if you get CW then you wont be disappointed. Thanks so much again from us now settled in our happy home.

Absolutely terrible experience! Pure lack of communication! Case passed between staff, this was not communicated. I formally complained only to be told it was adequate service during current times I didn't want money merely an acknowledgement of the terrible service - My house went through eventually but I will not be using this firm ever again. I wish I had read the reviews and not felt pressured by my estate agents.
