Basic user name and password setup was the most difficult task for the company.

Pay a ton of money for a course just for it to expire in 3 months. "you can pay another 150 to extend for 3 more months" I wouldn't spend another penny. The course was trash. only thing i wanted to do was take the practice test before i take the test. If you know how to take a test, this course is a waste of time and money.

The content was sufficicent but many of the test questions/answers did not match the 2023 NEC.

Their testing is nothing to close what I get in Test. Waste money.

I passed my NASCLA general exam using a different company, but still needed to pass my state business law portion. So I purchased the books and study modules through CTC. Do not waste your money using their training center. The video for their study guide to the state exam was reading the general topics from the book, verbatim. They never tell you which areas to focus on, but more importantly, they never review the state portion of the book...which is majority of the questions on the actual exam. They reuse the same 40 questions during the simulated tests and most, if not all of them aren't on the exam. I was fortunate that I used a different company for the NASCLA exam because they gave study tips that I used during the state exam; which helped me pass the test. I can't speak for their other guides, but if you're studying for business and state law...DO NOT USE CTC!

Bought the 2023 nec with tabs . Big disappointment, don’t waste your money . Tabs are not color coded , way too big , they overlap . Way cheaper and better to buy the tabs yourself . Wasted 350$ , now I spend another 30 for the eztabs . Plus the work to cut theirs and install them . Lousy quality control .
