They’re very helpful!

The wrong manual was mailed to me. Order # 77789. I emailed and called the office asking for information to return this manual and have the correct one mailed to me. No response.

Ordered the Alabama Roofing and sheet metal exam book bundle. There are five books in the bundle, I only received 4 books

the training has not much to offer. there were not many test questions to practice plus at the end your asking us to refer to the book any way. i felt it was waste of money.

Package was supposed to be delivered next day but arrived a day late.

The class went well. I will definitely recommend

The material was very helpful.

Received wrong item, they requested picture of what I received. Still no answer after two days, wouldn't even answer my question if the item was in stock. I ordered book tabs, they sent me the whole book, highlighted and tabbed but it is outdated material.----Update, I was called and given an apology, received the tabs that I ordered and they admitted the book was out of date and shouldn't have been sent. I was also given an email and phone number to be able to contact someone directly. I will use them again.

I paid for review materials and testing for a renewal of my journeyman electrician license with my wife's PayPal account, and now CTC's system thinks that she is the electrician! Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful thus far, and my renewal deadline inches ever closer. (Later) Just checked my online account, and they actually have my name recorded correctly. So I guess all's good. But emails are in my wife's name, which is odd.

Was an easy way to do cont. ed. When you had time

The electronic certificate of completion did not get sent to VA DPOR automatically as it should have. Now I am late to renew and must pay fee.
