The Bad 1) revisions that should only take 24 hours had taken longer 2) some of the staff does not follow through with what they say, if you're not going to hold yourselves to what you say then don't tell me your going to do this or that, or give me a timeline 3) You guys expect commitment from me via payment, yet you guys do not provide the same commitment to me via your service 4) Business plan, one of the worst experiences I have had with you guys, I understand part of your service doesn't involve grants, but this is my first time trying to get a business grant which was the whole reason I did the business plan. With that being said help was needed on how to apply for a business grant, I can't tell you how frustrating it was to not get the proper help I needed to be able to apply for a grant. The Good 1) website design came out really good 2) Carol has shown commitment to my project, has followed through with what she says and has gone above and beyond to help bring my project not only to completion but to help my business become a success

Really going down hill. I had a rep who was awesome. Then they start changing things - no more reporting monthly, no accountability, weaker and weaker titles, then i get a monthly plan for a lot of content and approve it. Then they just stopped working because they finally said hey we are over our word count for the year. If you did your job monthly you could of extended that budget through the year - instead you lose your people - dont bonus them on the work they bring, overcharge and don't provide deliverables. Ridiculous - I have since locked them out of all our systems. They only call to get more money instead of just focusing on the content. I was spending over 100,000 a year here - no more. Buyer beware - you can find better writers for less than 5 cents a word.

The team, Lizzie Joseph, and Janice Scott, were excellent to deal with when there were a couple of issues to work out. They did a full grammar and line edit of my nearly 100,000 manuscript within the timeline I had of six weeks, and customer service was excellent. Whenever I had questions they were quick to get back to me and accommodate my requests. The value for what I received was very good and significantly less than my own publisher who wanted over 3 times the amount CDP charged. Very happy overall. Would use again. Thank you!
