Really going down hill.
Really going down hill. I had a rep who was awesome. Then they start changing things - no more reporting monthly, no accountability, weaker and weaker titles, then i get a monthly plan for a lot of content and approve it. Then they just stopped working because they finally said hey we are over our word count for the year. If you did your job monthly you could of extended that budget through the year - instead you lose your people - dont bonus them on the work they bring, overcharge and don't provide deliverables. Ridiculous - I have since locked them out of all our systems. They only call to get more money instead of just focusing on the content. I was spending over 100,000 a year here - no more. Buyer beware - you can find better writers for less than 5 cents a word.
