Ordered belts a long time ago. They still havent arrived.

The package came as it said it would but on the day of delivery my package was stolen by a porch pirate. When I contacted the company they told me they do not cover theft of package and for me to take it up with UPS. I am fighting with UPS because of the tracking number so I’ve lost my money I’m very unsatisfied.

The shirts look great. They are going to be a Christmas present so I'm hoping they fit my husband just fine. You have no idea how many places I tried online to find decent denim shirts without snaps!! I was about ready to give up. I will probably order more when I'm sure of the size. He was wanting/needing some so bad. He has literally worn out the ones he has. The fabric quality and weight seem to be perfect.

I received the wrong size and style of pants. I immediately got an RMA and return shipping label, which was good. I got an acknowledgement that they know that the pants are on their way back to them (the USPS notified them). I have NOT heard anything about the correct pants being shipped out to me, so apparently they’re not going to do it until they have their ‘wrong’ pants back in their hands. So now I guess I just have to wait a few more weeks until I hopefully get what I ordered. I feel they should have sent the correct pants as soon as they saw that my return was in the mail. [Edit to finish the story and change the rating and title to better fit the experience] They issued a credit for the pants, but kept the amount I had paid for sales tax and shipping. So, from the original $47.46 I paid them, they credited me $30.79. THEIR mistake cost me $16.67 - not to mention the trouble of my repackaging the wrong pants and sending them back. They ignored my documentation and requests to make it right, so I went to PayPal to get the remainder - which they promptly informed me that I already HAD received my refund, which was a LIE. I will NOT ever order anything from this company again. I'm not to thrilled with the way PayPal blew it off either.

Well , I ordered 4 Pair of work Pants and one belt. The pants are on BACK ORDER BUT STILL GOT MY MONEY? And the BELT DID Even come close to fitting . You would think a 25$ belt would have some adjustment . I now being charged nine dollars for restocking fee ! THANKS
