This was my first order with your company and therefore my only experience with you. I didn't receive anything..... placed an order only to have it refunded 2 weeks later because the items are delayed. So, my only experience is to let you hold my money for 2 weeks and then return it so I can go find this particular Christmas gift somewhere else. This is also my third attempt at leaving this review so I guess your site doesn't care for less than stellar reviews!

I ordered two shirts in separate orders and have only gotten one. That was a month ago. I seem to be getting the run around from Route about supplying them with tracking numbers, which I did. I need my item and want it replaced if they can't find it.

Did not ship on the date listed when originally placed the order. I left voicemail for updated shipping status and received no communication back. Otherwise we were satisfied.
