The latest update is terrible. And most importantly, the users were not informed about the change. Please bring back the hourly faucet, the daily spin is just terrible. 1. it is not a fair spin, the interface shows that you will have equal chances of getting all the rewards, but in fact you will only get 25 coins or 50 coins or even lost most of the time, and will never get 25K coins. I think this can be classified as scam already. 2. With the daily spin, now, I do not have the need to stay on the platform after getting the daily spin. As a loyal user for more than 2 years with several withdrawal experience, previously, I left the page open in other tab and I came back for faucets from time to time and tried to earn more. Now I just close the page after 10 minutes.

Ich bin seit mehr als 3 Jahren Nutzer bei Cointiply. Ich habe mehrere kleine Auszahlungen getätigt, alles war in Ordnung. Gestern wurde mein Account jedoch ohne einen einzigen Verstoß gesperrt. Bei den Offerwalls habe ich keine einzige Disqualifikation vorliegen. Das Einzige, was ich habe, sind circa 20 $ offene Auszahlungen. Ein Schelm, wer dabei Böses denkt. ;)

I used them for a while and they dont really pay the best but they are an okish platfrom but now. i am out a couple of dollars as they did not accept my deposits and they dont want to credit me. Tried contacting them through their support been talking to them for a whole month now useless don’t waste your time there is better

I can't spin they started to scam!!

You play games and work hard to finish them on time. But they don't credit you at the end especially when the amount is big. They encourage you to open support ticket but you don't receive any real help and their offers partners have silly reasons for not giving you the points even when you have screenshots proof. Wish I could say otherwise but it's a waste of time.

After having a withdrawal denied for approximately seven months because I couldn't access my email, I was going to wash my hands of Cointiply and quit the app that I had loved for almost four years. For context, I have had numerous withdrawals approved previously. Out of the blue, I get an email from Support Agent Chris, they were going to look into my issue. It took a little bit of time but my withdrawal went through.....finally! I'm so happy to be back with Cointiply, and honestly, it is ONLY because Chris took the time to thoroughly look into my Support Ticket. Keep up the great customer service Chris, you're a gem.

I am a user who entered the site and frankly the site is very, very nice at first. I liked the site and withdrew the first withdrawal and everything was nice, but I lost my account, so I opened a new account later and collected money and withdrew, but surprisingly he told me that it was detained. I contacted the support team and spoke to him, but I did not benefit from anything. I contacted and opened two support tickets, but I did not understand anything and did not benefit.
