Cointiply, Chris Needs A Raise
After having a withdrawal denied for approximately seven months because I couldn't access my email, I was going to wash my hands of Cointiply and quit the app that I had loved for almost four years. For context, I have had numerous withdrawals approved previously. Out of the blue, I get an email from Support Agent Chris, they were going to look into my issue. It took a little bit of time but my withdrawal went through.....finally! I'm so happy to be back with Cointiply, and honestly, it is ONLY because Chris took the time to thoroughly look into my Support Ticket. Keep up the great customer service Chris, you're a gem.
