It's a pretty good platform, but I can't understand the API pricing when they have less coins that Coin Market Cap.

Less coins than competitors like CMC and sometimes the site doesnt load unlike others. Still, cleaner-looking and easier to navigate than others.

Nie są wiarygodni,kto płaci im za reklamę ten jest promowany,kilka razy miałem aktywo które mocno zyskiwało przez 2-3 dni,pomimo tego nie było go na liście zyskujący i tracący-a powinno być,kolejna manipulacja polegała na tym że pomimo dostępności na DEX niektórych aktywów tu taka opcja się nie pojawia,a np. na coinmarkecap już od kilku dni jest wyświetlana.Korzystać ze strony można,ale nie ufajcie im.

I have been locked out of my account and all my data for close to two weeks now. Every few weeks the app forces me to log back in and then doesn’t accept my password. So I go to the process of resetting it, but it will not send me a reset. I have sent over 80 to myself now and not one has come through. All my data is locked up in my CoinGecko app so it’s hard to switch to another app right now but I may just need to and just take this is a big loss. I’ve been going back-and-forth with customer support and I still cannot get a password reset! 10 days I have been unable to access my account and all they can do is keep sending me emails saying they’re looking into it. 10 days… That’s unacceptable and too long to go without access to your data. I have not paid for the app yet because every three weeks it kept logging me out not letting me log back in, then, for no reason it would except the password that it would not the previous week. This time it’s not working at all. I love the app I love the user friendliness of it. I want to buy the annual subscription, but I cannot imagine my level of frustration if I had actually paid all that money and got this level of customer support in getting back into my account. I am still locked out and I’m still getting emails from them… By the way, they can send me emails but the app with the same email address can’t send me a password reset? This is an error in an issue on their side and I feel helpless on the other side because I can’t get help! I’m almost ready to just say forget it and start all over with a different CoinTracker. Such a shame because I liked this app a lot when it worked. This app tracks your data from the very beginning and has tracked my data since I started crypto. I need my data out of the app at the very least. But I cannot get support.

What a sleaze ball group, if I could give lower than a 1 I would. The first negative is that you pay taxes out of your pocket and not from profits earned. When my portfolio got to $50,000 your account is frozen until you pay the 20% personal income tax. Ok I need to pay taxes but why freeze my account? When I paid my taxes of $29,000 I figured I’d be able to pull funds out into my wallet…nope Coinegg continued to freeze my account. Oh well, I continued to trade on the platform. When I hit the $300,000 mark my account was frozen again. This time they wanted me to do an advanced authentication. Ok I can do that however, this time it is going to cost you. You must pay a 15% authentication fee to Coinegg, this was going to cost me $49,000. I paid the fee but Coinegg wasn’t able to complete my authentication review in the allotted time so my account was frozen again. Now for me to unfreeze my account I must pay the remaining outstanding taxes of $32,000 and a default deposit of $96,630. In total this is going to cost me $206,000 to get access to my portfolio of $325,000, What the hell!!! This is the most unethical company I ever been involved with. These MF’ers need to be prosecuted!!!

False information. Coins that do not make profit for centralized exchanges through trading volume, get a ranking of "Not Available" and shoved to the last page. Market manipulation at its finest.

I believe they are in league with some bad actors in the crypto space. They advertise fraudulent sites like Vauld savings wallet. Also think their free candies are a trick of some kind to get people to visit their site. I ordered something over 2 months ago, never got anything, and they have never responded to any of my email inquiries.

I trust Coingecko because they removed the scam safex from their website. Coingecko.com worry about their users and removed safex and many other crypto scams, Thank you Coingecko for keeping crypto a safe place.
