Locked out no support. Can’t get a password reset send.

I have been locked out of my account and all my data for close to two weeks now. Every few weeks the app forces me to log back in and then doesn’t accept my password. So I go to the process of resetting it, but it will not send me a reset. I have sent over 80 to myself now and not one has come through. All my data is locked up in my CoinGecko app so it’s hard to switch to another app right now but I may just need to and just take this is a big loss. I’ve been going back-and-forth with customer support and I still cannot get a password reset! 10 days I have been unable to access my account and all they can do is keep sending me emails saying they’re looking into it. 10 days… That’s unacceptable and too long to go without access to your data. I have not paid for the app yet because every three weeks it kept logging me out not letting me log back in, then, for no reason it would except the password that it would not the previous week. This time it’s not working at all. I love the app I love the user friendliness of it. I want to buy the annual subscription, but I cannot imagine my level of frustration if I had actually paid all that money and got this level of customer support in getting back into my account. I am still locked out and I’m still getting emails from them… By the way, they can send me emails but the app with the same email address can’t send me a password reset? This is an error in an issue on their side and I feel helpless on the other side because I can’t get help! I’m almost ready to just say forget it and start all over with a different CoinTracker. Such a shame because I liked this app a lot when it worked. This app tracks your data from the very beginning and has tracked my data since I started crypto. I need my data out of the app at the very least. But I cannot get support.
