Lauren Preece at Coffee Masters UK is the ultimate in customer services. I have recently started buying their coffee via Amazon and Lauren has sent me a couple of samples to try before buying as I don`t want to buy a kg and find I don`t like the taste. I think their coffees are a fair price and great tasting, especially the Peruvian and the Master blend. Unless I get some Blue Mountain coffee, I won`t buy from anyone else now.
We bought the triple certified organic beans via Amazon. Best coffee we've tasted so far in a decades-long search, especially when blended with other, slightly stronger organic beans as these ones are only medium (3) strength. Their website could be improved to include offers that they currently sell via Amazon.
