Iβve complained about receiving only half my order over a week ago and Iβve had one message back saying that they will be I touch I ordered 2 x beef protein (strawberry laces) and received 1 but itβs taking over a week to look into and sort out

Ive used CNP for absolute years right back when it was promoted by Dorien Yates. Pro Mass was my usual but decided to use ProMR for breakfast etc. First time ordering online to be honest but not disappointed. Well done CNP keep up the good work.

The worst service I've ever experienced! Avoid at all costs!!
I tried to stock up on pro peptide when the blavk friday offers were on. I received half my order on time, but the invoice said the rest was to follow. It's been a month now and I'm still missing a lot of high value items. My emails have been ignored, and every time I call the staff are friendly, but fob me off saying it'll be shipped out in a few days. I'm very surprised as I thought they were reputable but it turns out they take your money and the website does not reflect their stock. It should not be down to the customer to keep chasing like this. Disgusting !
