My Yr10 student who is preparing for VCE mathematics is finding the Cluey tutorial extremely helpful. The tutor is flexible when it comes to changing up topics being covered on any particular session. A great experience for my YR 10 student.

Cluey learning is convenient, and my daughter says her tutor is very helpful and explains until she understands. For working parents having the convenience of extra tutoring is key and Cluey learning ticks those boxes.

Cluey have been great for my daughter. They take into consideration your child's needs and find a tutor best suited. You can decline an allocated tutor and get a details background of each person they suggest. We had to change days and within the week they changed for us no hassle.

We had a very bumpy school year in 2021. We ended up trying out homeschooling but while we were in that process my daughter missed out some fundamental math basics. I’m no teacher and frankly, she wouldn’t take it from me. As in, I’m not going to be able to teach her to drive when that time is here. Cluey has helped in her in class confidence and enjoyment of math.

Worst experience for online tutoring. I signed up for 2 trial sessions. And I paid the fee upfront. The coordinator that I spoke to explained to me that if I liked the sessions then I can purchase more online. She never mentioned that as soon as I hand over my credit card details they will start to charge me every week. I never authorised cluey to start deducting money off my account. I rang them and they listened to the recordings and agreed and apologised and said they will refund the $85. I spoke to Jess and she said it will be refunded asap. Well it has been over a week and I rang again yesterday spoke to Jess and she said oops sorry the refund hasn't gone through.. why are they doing this ? I have rang again today 17.11.22 and there was no supervisor available to talk to me. How unprofessional is this? I am very unhappy about this situation as there was no clear communication and they just used my card to take money off my account! That's wrong...

My daughter loves her maths lessons. Every week she says how kind and patient her tutor is towards her. She has learned a lot and we have seen a big improvement in her confidence around maths. We highly recommend Cluey.

The start was a little shaky with some miscommunication about tutoring staff but since we have a consistent tutor now there have been leaps and bounds in my daughters learning! Thoroughly impressed.
