Worst experience for online tutoring
Worst experience for online tutoring. I signed up for 2 trial sessions. And I paid the fee upfront. The coordinator that I spoke to explained to me that if I liked the sessions then I can purchase more online. She never mentioned that as soon as I hand over my credit card details they will start to charge me every week. I never authorised cluey to start deducting money off my account. I rang them and they listened to the recordings and agreed and apologised and said they will refund the $85. I spoke to Jess and she said it will be refunded asap. Well it has been over a week and I rang again yesterday spoke to Jess and she said oops sorry the refund hasn't gone through.. why are they doing this ? I have rang again today 17.11.22 and there was no supervisor available to talk to me. How unprofessional is this? I am very unhappy about this situation as there was no clear communication and they just used my card to take money off my account! That's wrong...
