Cluey Learning has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
My Yr10 student who is preparing for VCE mathematics is finding the Cluey tutorial extremely helpful. The tutor is flexible when it comes to changing up topics being covered on any particular session. A great experience for my YR 10 student.

Cluey learning sessions have sky rocketed by childs confidence and understanding within 4 sessions. Highly recommended for tailored tutoring
Cluey learning is convenient, and my daughter says her tutor is very helpful and explains until she understands. For working parents having the convenience of extra tutoring is key and Cluey learning ticks those boxes.

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS! I spoke with cluey and agreed to one lesson and then they over charged my credit card. I called the mobile number back and it’s programmed to not take the call and redirect you to online. Online you cannot remove your card details. The money still has not been refunded despite me cancelling immediately and I was told by an online chat they don’t have authority to do it without a supervisor. I had to cancel my credit card and raise a dispute with my bank. I am reporting to ACCC. Disgusting behaviour.

When Cluey learning contacted me about tutoring for my son they did not mentioned that the device needed google Chrome in order to access the platform. We could not get in our first tutoring session, I managed to get to one of their support teams and they advice me of this requirement. The laptop I have does not allow me to install this software, since they were not able to provide the service they will reimburse me in full and cancel the enrolment. They have not cancel the enrolment and they have not reimburse me. Very poor customer service.

Very disappointing to say the least. Spent half an hour on the phone with a representative who was a very convincing sales person , paying me lip service and saying all the right things . Provided my credit card details, confirmed price with her colleague and was all set for the 1st tutorial the next day. 12:24pm the next day , half hour prior to the tute , received an email cancellation and a re schedule for 1pm Monday.My son is a school student , can't leave school at 1pm when the school day isn't over. To add insult to injury Cluey had booked an additional 4 tutorials without any consultation of times or dates. Was told the same tutor would be available for the tutorials however all future bookings where with different tutors! Pls explain? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Hopefully will receive my refund in 5 days. So quick to take your money but not to return it ! Very dissatisfied

Do not recommend. Had 4 different tutors assigned within one week of enrolling, and no-one responds to emails (customer care number is completely automated). Bad experience, and feel like I paid for the privilege of being scammed...and still need to find a tutor for my son!

The actual tutoring wasn't too bad but the customer service is non existent. It is impossible to talk to a human. We have been overcharged twice and when we call we get a recording with different options except talking to someone. They just tell you to go online to the hub. Ridiculous. We are cancelling. Way to expensive for the quality of service.

My daughter had lost all her confidence because she was falling behind at school. Since starting with Cluey, she’s improving in English and starting to feel motivated again at school. She has a good connection with her tutor.

I signed up 5 lessons with them for the past month (1 trial lesson and 4 regular lessons), 4 out of 5 lessons were cancelled without any notice. My son has to sit in front of a computer waiting for 30 minutes then we had to call them to find out the tutor didn't show up. Unreliable process and terrible service, do not engage!

Cluey has greatly helped my Daughter with her English Advanced subject which she has been studying for her senior years at high school. Due to my Daughter having a love of English & English Advanced being a difficult subject, we sought help from Cluey for extra tutoring. The tutoring sessions with friendly tutors have greatly helped her and all in the comfort of our own home via a terrific online setup. Now leading up to her HSC year, she is feeling way more confident thanks to Cluey!
