Unable to access, have not been reimbursed.

When Cluey learning contacted me about tutoring for my son they did not mentioned that the device needed google Chrome in order to access the platform. We could not get in our first tutoring session, I managed to get to one of their support teams and they advice me of this requirement. The laptop I have does not allow me to install this software, since they were not able to provide the service they will reimburse me in full and cancel the enrolment. They have not cancel the enrolment and they have not reimburse me. Very poor customer service.
