Well at 2 days old I managed to scratch my car, I searched the internet for a company with good products and good reviews. So after buying Chipex Repair Kit - Pro × 1, Manufacturer: MG, Colour: MONUMENT SILVER I proceeded to give it a go at patching up my mess and wow was I surprised. The colour match is perfect and the back bumper is now no where visible. Really impressed by this product.

Bought a kit for my VW T6 in bright yellow .I had some deep chips which took a few applications but the results were fantastic.

Delivery was quick, instructions clear and pack quality very good. The scratch was repaired very well, 5 stars definitely recommend CHIPEX.

Very quick delivery, not going to lie when I bought the car there were a lot of stone chips and road rash and I did think that the only way to solve these would be a respray. Luckily I found chipex and thought why not. So glad I did, the chips can't be seen anymore and the road rash is pretty much all but gone. Highly recommend. Great service and my car is looking great

My wife's Dacia got scratched (possibly keyed) while parked up and has a few scratches that go through to the primer but not to the metal. I spent an hour or so with the ChipEx kit trying to get rid of these scratches. The experience was not the straightforward, hassle-free task I was hoping it would be. Even after filling and wiping the scratches multiple times (about 6 - 7) for each scratch, the scratches were still very obvious. What's worse, it looks beautiful when the paint first goes on but after the paint dries, it is much lighter and flatter than the surrounding paint so, if you don't wipe it off completely it is very obvious, worse, if you do wipe it sufficiently to get rid of the excess paint, there is a very real chance that you will take paint out of the scratch as well. I made sure to wipe over the scratch using the cloth dampened with the solution and wrapped around the little foam block supplied and also made sure that I was bridging the scratch to that the edge of the foam wasn't dipping into the scratch. Didn't make much of a difference what direction I went in. I am planning to wait for the next dry, pleasant day to have another go at it to see if I can build it up layer by layer. My wife tells me that it looks better than it did (which is why it gets 3 stars - keeping her happy is the number one priority) but I am not convinced that this isn't a bit of a rose-tinted opinion. It didn't look a lot different to me. I could still easily see the scratch afterwards and it was definitely not full of the touch-up paint. The scratch was a bit deep but it's hardly a trench; Luke Skywalker won't be flying down it thinking that he's on his way to blast the Death Star, for example so, while I appreciate that this needs a bit of work, I would have thought that it could be built up more easily that it is. I guess that, at least, the scratch is now nominally blue instead of primer white. Not mega impressed.

Delighted with the products, everything you would need to fix paint chips. The colour match was perfect, just follow the steps in the instructions and you won’t go wrong. Well priced too.

Do not give up. The more you use it, the more experienced with it you become. I almost gave up after my first set of chips because they stood out and looked unsightly. I then thought I’d try again but using a different technique. Instead of blobbing, I used it like a paint brush with very faint touches. After playing dot to dot with no real attempt at it, I used the fluid to blend going over the whole panel. I chose not to use the block but my finger. I also used force to ensure a smooth surface. This 2nd attempt really worked for me and now absolutely not noticeable at all, even close up. I used my own polish and the car is gleaming. I can’t wait to get back out there again as it’s now getting dark! What a difference!!

I recently used a Chipex kit to address some stone chips that had appeared on the front bumper. Delivery was very fast, the kit easy to use and was a great colour match. I'd highly recommend using Chipex.

This is the second kit I have had from Chipex and is the easiest system to touch up chips and scratches. My latest kit was for a nasty stone chip on the bonnet and using Chipex has made it invisible from a distance and hard to find close up. I did flat back with 3000 grit and polish to further improve the finish and applied paint in layers. Being a bonnet and metallic white is in a more noticeable area and colour. Paint match is 100% and the kit was delivered quickly from ordering and nice to have it all neatly stored in a single container. The one I brought in 2018 is still fully useable as well.

Was abit unsure about chip repairs as anyone would be as there is alot of fakes out there but these kits are amazing, used the chipex kit on my Mustang GT bonnet and the results speak for themself. Absolutley unreal 👌

I saw this kit from a Facebook ad, and after reading the comments and watching the videos, I was confident enough to give it a go. I had watched the videos on the Facebook page and YouTube from Chipex on how to use the kit which were helpful. I knew I was asking a lot of the kit as mine weren't quite stone chips and more so scratches/plastic bumper damage from a what I imagine was a light bump into something. The kit did well considering what I was asking of it. If you didn't know what it was like before, you wouldn't be able to tell! Money well spent compared to a whole respray! Worth a shot in my opinion.

Amazing product, hid a very large scratch on my front bumper from grazing a wall and perfect colour match despite having an unusual colour.

Excellent colour match and equipment. Filled in 5 very large chips with almost no visible evidence afterwards. Will be using again.

This is the 4th kit I've purchased for four different cars .All the results have been excellent .The colour match is far superior to other brands I've tried .
