Put a case through to Blue Panda…

Put a case through to Blue Panda Finance for car finance and they have passed my case to Chase Munro months ago! No communication from them and Blue Panda ignoring my emails now as well!! Chase Munro don't even recognise my case number or email address 🤬 If I instruct a reputable company to take my case, what will happen with this? Fuming is an understatement....this should not be allowed to happen to all of us people!! Something needs to be done about companies like this 🤬

Please avoid

Please avoid. After not suing this email or hang no contact for years today I got this and have no idea and also I can’t get through on the phone and not replying back to emails. Talk about blackmail and feeling threatened when I have a sick child…. Dear Kelly, We are writing to you in respect of your discretionary commission arrangement (DCA) claim against Motonovo Finance Limited. You have signed a Terms of Business with Chase Monro Claims, instructing us to pursue this claim. Within the contract, you confirmed that you had not and would at no point in the future appoint another firm to process this claim. However, having now submitted the claim, Motonovo Finance Limited have suggested that you are represented by another firm. This would represent a breach of your contract with Chase Monro. At this stage we would welcome your comments on the above as we are hoping Motonovo Finance Limited have made an error and are mistaken. In the event that you have indeed instructed another firm, Chase Monro have the contractual rights to recover costs from you. If we do not hear back from you with clarification within 14 days of the date of this email we will need to take the necessary action to recover costs incurred to date. Wasted two years of my life

Wasted two years of my life sending several documents on request, all seemed to go the right way, until they realised not enough been done and scrapped my case. Absolute waste of time, do not use the correspondence is terrible, when you call or email for an update you are fobbed off. please do your research before submitting a claim to anyone but avoid chase monro at all costs.

No communication at all

No communication at all, same as the reviews below I have emailed every contact possible with no reply it’s been years. DO NOT USE. Feel like this company is some sort of scam please avoid. I have also had my identity stolen since dealing with this company as somebody has been using my national insurance number to report earnings. After reading other reviews I feel this could be linked

Conduct of chase Monro

I would suggest to stay clear of this company. Don’t call back when you ask them or e mail you back when you ask. Chase have had all details they wanted from me since summer 2024 and I only find out today they never put the complaint in till 25th Nov 2024. Have lied to me and told me my case was with the ombudsman yet the company I’ve filed a complaint against is saying please refer your case to the ombudsman. I have lost total faith in what are supposed to be solicitors. This is nis been going on for 2 years and everytime they think they give me an explanation but they think I buy it. Today’s letter has truly shown they have not been telling me the truth. Use them at your own peril.

Settlement query

I had a settlement offer and enquired whether this negated the need for a financial claim. I was advised that it was a good offer to take as the claim could take a long time to be completed and may not be as financially viable. I have now accepted the offer and pleased with the result.

Awful company

Awful company - Avoid AI were dealing with a claim for mislead car finance - AI since closed the case and these doughnuts started emailing everyday asking me to sign forms to complete the process - I contacted them to tell them that it would not let me complete to be told that they would send correct form (that never came through), in the meantime the car finance company contacted me off of the back of AI's letters sent a long time ago and have made an offer out of court - Now they want over 2k for doing nothing at all!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL CHARGE VERY HIGH RATES FOR DOING NOTHING AND TAKE YOU TO COURT AT THE DROP OF A HAT, AND WILL NOT EVEN NEGOTIATE PAYMENTS FOR MONEY THAT YOU ARE ENTITLED TOO - AVOID AVOID AVOID - IM TALKING FROM 1ST HAND EXPERIANCE.
