I would suggest to stay clear of this company. Don’t call back when you ask them or e mail you back when you ask. Chase have had all details they wanted from me since summer 2024 and I only find out today they never put the complaint in till 25th Nov 2024. Have lied to me and told me my case was with the ombudsman yet the company I’ve filed a complaint against is saying please refer your case to the ombudsman. I have lost total faith in what are supposed to be solicitors. This is nis been going on for 2 years and everytime they think they give me an explanation but they think I buy it. Today’s letter has truly shown they have not been telling me the truth. Use them at your own peril.
