What a great experience! I highly recommend.

The whole experience was seamless from start to finish.Communication was excellent but the quality of the food was not as good as on previous occasions.Access to the stadium and seating were both very good.All in all a really enjoyable experience.

Our experience at the game itself was fantastic—watching Arsenal win was a dream come true for my 10-year-old son. However, the ticketing issue we faced beforehand was a major disappointment. Two days before the match, we went for the stadium tour and had our tickets scanned, only to be told they were invalid because they had “already been claimed.” The stadium staff even asked if we had paid a lot for them, which was extremely unsettling given that we had spent over £900 per ticket. Champion Travels responded and reissued the tickets within two hours, but the situation could have been disastrous if we had gone straight to the game instead of using them for the tour first. We could have lost valuable game time and gone through unnecessary stress after flying 9+ hours to catch this game. What made it worse was the lack of accountability—no explanation was ever given, just a casual “Sorry to hear you had a little bit of bother with the stadium tour.” a week after the game. For the reputation of the company as the “official reseller” and the price I paid, this kind of issue should never have happened. While the match itself met my expectations, the ticketing mishap left a bad taste and made the overall experience far less enjoyable than it should have been.

The tickets were extremely expensive, but the seat location was not worth the price. To be sat behind a goal isn’t ideal, but the real issue was that the seats were above the away section, so we had to listen to the Chelsea supporters all game which was not the way I intended to watch the game and take in the atmosphere. For the price I paid, I expected better.

Every poor experience. Was not helpful at all when date of game was changed. Signed off their e-mail with "If there's anything else I can help with please let me know" .. which was really rubbing it in & they offered no help in the first place !

Booking through Champion’s travel was great! It was really a once in a lifetime moment. My only criticisms would be the price, timeframe for receiving tickets, and lack of communication. The tickets cost an arm and a leg, and I was sweating waiting for the tickets to be sent to me via email. They did arrive within the 3-5 days prior to the match, it was just closer to 3 days rather than 5 days out. The biggest gripe I have is that the original date for the match was March 15th and for whatever reason the league moved it to the 16th. I got no update about this from Champions Travel and only discovered it when looking back over the details of my reservation the week before flying out from the States. I had to move plane and hotel reservations last minute. It was definitely a headache I wish I had been made aware of sooner. Overall, it was an exciting experience, and I would definitely book through Champions Travel again.

Champions travel where amazing, as first time booking from them any enquiries I had was through email and their response was amazing. Booking was easy and we had the best trip over to leeds and honestly can't wait to book again.

I thought the seats were great and the Uber credits as well.

After purchasing their ticket protection based on their specific encouragement they denied the claim because I was travelling from over seas even though it doesn't mention this on their website. Complete scam! When asked for help or transferring the ticket, they provided terrible service and no assistance, even after paying thousands of dollars!! In response to the company's response: I sent them an update about the airline the cancellation from the airport and I was advised and can even provide proof of this. And I also see they have a track record of falsely encouraging their customers to sign up for ticket protection under false pretenses just to make more $ so the word 'scam' is justified. BUYER BEWARE!

Very clear communication and quick response to queries.

Genuinely was expecting to get stopped at the turnstiles to the United vs Sociedad game but to my surprise (and my brothers) we had no issue at all. Great experience, great customer service when I had questions. Booking again when I see a good deal for a united game again

My overall experience with Champions Travel was positive, but I believe their dynamic pricing system should be more transparent. While major sporting events can be a "once-in-a-lifetime" experience for many, ticket prices felt quite steep. Prices also fluctuate, sometimes dropping unexpectedly, which can make the initial cost seem unfair. (For potential customers, I recommend monitoring prices before purchasing, as they can change over time.) That said, the service itself was reliable—tickets were delivered on time, and when I realized I had overpaid by purchasing early, I contacted them to upgrade to a more expensive package. The process went smoothly, and I had no issues attending the game.

Easy to use. Tickets arrived on time. Great seats and affordable for the games I selected. I used them twice -- one for a Premier League game and the other for a Europa match. Tickets came a few days before and went right into my phone wallet. Had no issues once at the ground

My first time travelling with Champions Travel and a great experience Went to United V Real Sociadad game on 13/3 - super efficient service all the way including a great friendly driver (Sean). Would strongly recommend that the company use a telephone line for customer service and booking enquiries - it worked out fine for me booking online but in this day and age of sophisticated scammers it really is necessary to have a human voice at the end of the phone. Thanks again for a great trip.

I was told before I went over by a lady working in the liner. Buses would be taking u to antfield. But that was not the case. Food was before the match nothing at half time.

Great day had . It went without a hitch . Very happy with the service provided and will definitely go again
