We had a really enjoyable evening at a Friday wine tasting, with Louise guiding us through a really engaging range of varied wines, all accompanied by some delicious charcuterie bites.

Donal knew what I was looking for, sent on a link for a payment. Delivered safely within one day. A no hassle service from start to finish. Will order again - without question.

When you need a supply of good wine ,it is so good to have it delivered to the door !

Honestly the staff member had no rush on them, queued to buy a bottle of wine and they just kept talking to the people she was currently serving, stopping and starting the wrapping of their purchases to have a chat about their holidays ( which is lovely if there wasn't a queue) did not call anyone to help her, or say 'I will be with you soon', waited 10 minutes to be served and I was second in line.

The assistant who served me was so knowledgeable on her wines and was able to help choose a wine and also recommended there wine tasting evenings.I had also stayed for a coffee and a scone and the scones were the nicest I have had in the city.Great value.Will definetly be back.

My husband and I recently visited Cavavin for the first time to explore their wine collection. Whilst there we were introduced to new wines and to their whiskey collection. We are both relatively new to the world of whiskies and have a particular favourite, but must say this will be our go to place to explore both new wines and whiskies in the future. Staff a very knowledgable, we are fast getting through the whiskey we bought and will be stocking up on the same, possibly sampling a few more new ones. As an added bonus the whiskey is a local product.

Great selection of wine, the service is very well informed & not at all pushy. In addition, the wine tasting evening is very enjoyable. Louise and Loman were welcoming and extremely knowledgeable and made the night a great experience.

Found a whiskey I like for cheaper than it's been in a while, was shocked when the company delivered it directly the next day very quick turn around very happy

Excellent service. I have visited Cavavin before and I was impressed that they went to the trouble to look at my previous purchases to have an idea of the wine I like to buy. Whilst my previous purchases were particularly expensive bottles of wine bought as a present I was not automatically referred to the higher end of the market but I was asked what type of wine did I wish to purchase. I said I was looking for dry white wine and I was recommended two excellent bottes of wine. One was at a price below €20 and the other just above €20. I visited Cavavin because they are a specialist wine merchant and I wished to explore trying a different bottle of wine with their assistance. I will certainly visit Cavavin again.

Well my wife and I were disappointed that you did not have Touraine white wine, also the crackers she ordered she was told they were out of them. Very disappointed

We've been twice (second time was a gift). Both times have been great. You try four wines. Both times it was one white, one rose and two red, with accompanying snacks. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Be warned, it's difficult coming away without buying anything. Their wine is reasonably priced and it's great to support a local independent business.
