Went on holidays in January
Went on holidays in January, booked with the swords branch, since we came back I’ve emailed them so many times and nothing in response, I’ve asked for the managers name, complaints department number / email (spoke to a girl face to face about 2 week ago ) I was told Lisa would contact me on the Tuesday , and now it’s 2 weeks later and nothing !! Absolutely ridiculous… we’ve been booking 2/3 holidays a year with this crowd and we can’t even get to speak to someone about the hotel they recommended to us that was down right awful … Very disappointed in Cassidy travel swords Reply here from Cassidy travel … contact our customer services !!!! I have done about 10 times to no avail

A lovely experience booking NY holiday.
Phoned Dundrum office. Spoke with Ciara. Who put my package holiday to Agadir in October. It was a lovely experience. Ciara is a true professional. Gave me loads of time. Answering tye many questions I had. It's peace of mind for me to book my holidays with Cassidy Travel.

Booking made easy
Cassidy Travel website always makes booking a holiday easy. I've used it a couple of times now and have no complaints. It's great that there is an option to see the Tripadvisor rating of a destination. Great to be able to be able to book most aspects of travel - flights, accom, transfers etc. Prices are usually pretty competitive against other holiday websites too.
