I was nervouse to book on line .the agency were very helpful.made it easy knowing your not getting scammed. The only thing I'd say is I was not told about tickets being issued closer to date and they will call.I only found out cause it dud not have name of airline on the email so I called.and it was explained to me .Happy now
All my questions were answered in a very helpful way. The girl explained everything about the holiday and I was more than happy to go ahead and book the holiday
We had overlooked when a balance for a booking was due, that's true and our error. It was supposed to be paid 27/06/2025. However the way it was approached by Cassidy Travel was "ill considered" and frankly rude! An email came in at 2pm on the 26/06/2025. Subject **balance due**. I didn't see the email until after close of business. Which was a short time later for me, it could be up to 2 days I go without checking email. Anyway, the email was utterly useless regarding the balance due! No information, whatsoever, about the balance amount, due date, or how to pay it. I largely dismissed it because it was so vague. But it did prompt me to check the due date. My wife got a call from you the next day, "your balance is due today". What? My wife asks, that gives us no notice! "We sent you an email yesterday". Now it's Friday, you (Cassidy) are looking for 3.8k€, and it has us by surprise. NO USABLE NOTICE given. How are we going to get this amount out and to you? So you said you would give us until Monday. Effectively, the next bank opening day. One day more! My wife spoke to me and I explained that I had seen an email last night and that it was useless. No way to pay! So we had to call you, to request IBAN or some way to pay. Eventually a payment link came through email, and I paid it. It was all in all a very unpleasant experience. We felt ambushed at first and then we felt like you were strong-arming us. Like you were saying 'we want our money and we want it now! Ok then, we'll go easy on you, you can have one extra working day to come up with the payment.' Like I said, it was a very rushed and unpleasant experience. I was, honestly, telling my wife "the hell with them then, cancel it, if they're treating us this way. But it got paid.
Everything went smoothly. We went with cassidy of Dundrum. I would recommend Gillian she listened and tock are needs into consideration.
